You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of this website, including images, text, branding, layout, or design, without written permission from ORANGEinal Art. All content on this Site is protected under Canadian and international copyright law.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All artworks, products, digital designs, commissions, images, logos, branding, and written content are the exclusive property of ORANGEinal Art (OA).

Create merchandise using OA artwork

Sell or resell OA artwork, prints, or digital goods

Create NFTs or blockchain assets using OA artwork

Use OA artwork for AI training, datasets, machine learning, or image generation
You MAY:

Display purchased artwork in your personal space (home, office, private collection)

Gift purchased artwork to another person

Use digital files for personal enjoyment only (non-commercial)
Purchasing a physical or digital artwork does not transfer copyright. All rights remain with ORANGEinal Art.
4. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of this website, including images, text, branding, layout, or design, without written permission from ORANGEinal Art. All content on this Site is protected under Canadian and international copyright law.
5. RESIN ITEMS & HANDMADE GOODS
Each resin item is handmade and unique. Slight variations, bubbles, or colour differences may occur. These are not considered defects. Care instructions should be followed carefully. ORANGEinal Art is not responsible for damage caused by misuse (heat, liquids, dropping, etc.).
6. TATTOO PERMISSION
Many clients choose to get ORANGEinal Art tattooed.
You MAY:

Tattoo OA artwork for personal use only

Use your purchased artwork or digital piece as tattoo inspiration
You MAY NOT:

Use OA artwork for tattoo flash sheets

Reproduce OA designs commercially in a tattoo studio

Sell OA designs as tattoo templates
Tattoo artists are welcome to contact OA for clarification on usage.
7. AI / MACHINE LEARNING RESTRICTIONS
All OA artwork, branding, text, and images are strictly prohibited from being used in:

AI training datasets

Machine learning algorithms

Image generation models
-
Neural network inputs
-
Any automated system or software that learns from visual data
Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright violation.
8. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and fees may apply based on your location.
Payment processors include Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments, or others used by the Site. OA does not store your payment information.
9. EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & LIVE PAINTING
For event bookings or live-painting engagements, additional agreements may apply relating to:

Time commitments

Materials

Setup requirements

Cancellation policies
These will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
