Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting ORANGEinal Art. Below is our full shipping policy for Canadian, U.S., and international orders.

1. Shipping Locations

ORANGEinal Art currently ships to:

Canada
United States
International destinations (outside Canada & U.S.)

Please note:
International availability may vary depending on postal restrictions, item type, and local regulations.

2. Processing Times

Prints & Flat Items : Processing time: 3–5 business days

Resin Items: Processing time: 3–5 business days

Custom/Commission Items: Processing timelines are discussed individually and depend on project scope.

3. Shipping Rates

Within Canada

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and region.

United States Shipping

Due to updated 2025 U.S. import regulations, all shipments from Canada may be subject to customs duties and processing fees. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Rates:

Small Items — $20 CAD
(prints, stickers, small resin pieces, lightweight items)
Medium Items — $35 CAD
(resin trays, medium décor pieces, multi-piece sets)
Large Items: currently not available for U.S. shipping

International Shipping (Outside Canada & U.S.)

International orders may incur additional customs duties, import fees, or taxes depending on destination country regulations. ORANGEinal Art cannot predict these charges.

Rates:

Small Items — $25 CAD
Medium Items — $45 CAD
Large Items: currently not available for international shipping

If shipping to your country requires special documentation or courier services, OA will contact you before shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, & Import Fees (U.S. & International Orders)

All international shipments (including U.S.) may be subject to:

Customs inspections
Import duties
Local taxes
Processing fees

These charges:

Are not included in product or shipping costs
Are the responsibility of the buyer
May cause shipping delays outside our control

5. Delivery Estimates

Canada:

3–10 business days

United States:

7–20 business days (depending on customs)

International:

10–30+ business days (depends heavily on destination & customs)

Note: These are estimated ranges. Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs handling.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

ORANGEinal Art is not responsible for:

Postal or customs delays
Lost packages marked as “delivered”
Damage caused by courier mishandling
Items returned due to unpaid duties

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
