Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting ORANGEinal Art. All pieces are created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the handmade and custom nature of the work, please review the policy below before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of artwork, prints, handmade resin goods, and digital products, all sales are final.
ORANGEinal Art does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour or size expectations

  • Customer errors during checkout

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the buyer

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs

  • International orders held, delayed, or returned due to unpaid duties

2. Digital Downloads

All digital files are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once the file is delivered, the sale is complete.

3. Commissions

Commission deposits are non-refundable.
Commissioned work cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once completed.

If the artist must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and no work has begun, deposits may be refunded at the artist’s discretion.

4. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact ORANGEinal Art within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Clear photos of the damaged product;

  2. Photos of the packaging/shipping box; and

  3. Your order number

After reviewing the evidence, ORANGEinal Art may offer:

  • A replacement (when possible);

  • A partial refund; or

  • Store credit

Damage caused after delivery (dropping, heat exposure, misuse, improper care, etc.) is not eligible.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

ORANGEinal Art is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost packages after they enter the postal system

  • Theft after delivery

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses

If a package goes missing before delivery is confirmed, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

6. International & U.S. Orders

International and U.S. shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Import taxes

  • Processing delays

These charges are not included in your purchase and are non-refundable. Packages returned due to unpaid fees cannot be refunded.

7. Resin Items – Handmade Disclaimer

Each resin piece is handmade and unique.
Small bubbles, texture variations, slight colour shifts, or imperfections are normal and not considered defects. These items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

8. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, ORANGEinal Art will replace it at no cost once the error is verified.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
