COMMISSIONS

ORANGEinal Art accepts commissions based on availability.

3.1 Process

  • Client contacts OA through the Connect page or via email

  • A quote is provided

  • A non-refundable deposit of [insert %] is required to begin

  • OA provides initial sketches or concepts (when applicable)

  • Final artwork is completed and approved

  • Remaining payment is due before delivery

3.2 Revisions

  • 1–2 minor revisions are included (depending on project)

  • Major revisions or complete redesigns are subject to additional fees

  • OA reserves the right to decline revision requests that significantly alter the agreed-upon concept

3.3 Cancellation

  • Client cancellations after the deposit will not receive a refund

  • OA may cancel at any time due to unforeseen circumstances—deposits will be refunded if no work has begun

3.4 Usage Rights

  • Commissioned work is for personal display only, unless a written licensing agreement is created.

  • Commissioners may not:

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Sell prints or merchandise

  • Use the artwork commercially

  • Use the artwork in AI datasets

  • Edit, modify, or redistribute the artwork

  • OA retains full copyright over all commissioned works.
